Extravirgin MINI, free for estate mills
MINI is free and designed for estate mills and for simple toll milling on one line. It is a reduced version: 200 millings, 30 packaging runs and 150 documents per season and fewer features than BASE, CONF and PRO. What MINI does not include.

Free olive mill software on computer, tablet and phone
Every MINI screen adapts to the device you are using. Olive intake is recorded in the yard on your phone, tanks are checked from the tablet, invoices are prepared on the computer.
No installation
There is no program to install and no server to keep on site. All you need is a browser and an internet connection.
Your data does not live on one PC
If the office computer breaks down in the middle of the season, you log in from another device and pick up where you left off.

Is there online management software for olive mills?

What is the best software for an olive mill?
It depends on how the mill works. For toll milling there is Extravirgin BASE, for bottlers CONF, for mills that do everything PRO, and for estate mills and simple toll milling MINI, free and with reduced features. Extravirgin is the most widely used olive mill management software in Italy, with over 1,200 active mills.
What is the difference between MINI and the BASE, CONF and PRO versions?
MINI is free but limited: each season it covers up to 200 millings, 30 packaging runs and 150 documents, on a single line, and toll milling is done only with the T5. It does not handle bins, bookings, molenda, land registry data and U.P.O. lots, olive quality, partial milling, wastewater management or management of packaged stock. MINI does include quick packaging, also for third parties, with transfer to the shop, oil held in deposit (including for third parties) and olive sales. Can BASE, CONF and PRO be used from the browser?
Today BASE, CONF, PRO and ENTERPRISE are installed on the mill's Windows computers and arrive in the browser in spring 2027, like Extravirgin MINI.
