Who the free Extravirgin MINI software is for
MINI is not Extravirgin PRO for free: it is a reduced version, with limits on data entry and features, designed for two kinds of mill. SIAN and accounting are the same as in the other versions.
Estate mills
You mainly press your own olives: you record own-account weighing and milling, the oil goes into a container and the register updates. You prepare bottles with quick packaging and transfer them to the shop.
Simple toll milling
On one processing line you record customers' millings with the T5, and issue the milling invoice and the delivery note for returning the oil from the same list. You have oil in deposit, also for third parties, and quick packaging for customers. No bins, bookings or molenda.
Weighing and milling on the same screen
Weighing and milling are recorded together, in the same form: grower, olives, net weight, own-account or toll milling with the T5. From the list you create the milling invoice, the delivery note for returning the oil and the pomace invoice with one click.

Tanks, olive stock, pomace and olive pits
Tanks show bulk oil stock and movements, as a list or in a graphic view. Pomace and olive pits have their own movements: sales, land spreading, delivery to the pomace extraction plant, losses and surpluses.

Extravirgin in the browser, in early access
MINI is the first Extravirgin you use from the browser. The companies using it are the first beta testers of the browser version: they tell us what to improve and are the first to receive updates, in direct contact with our team. It is the same path that will bring BASE, CONF and PRO to the browser in spring 2027.
What is being tested is browser use, not the mill rules: register, quick submission to SIAN, SIANCheck and accounting are the same procedures as in BASE, CONF and PRO, stable and installed in over 1,200 mills.

MINI is designed for estate mills, which mainly press their own olives, and for simple toll milling. It is not Extravirgin PRO: on top of the per-season data entry limits, it has fewer features than BASE, CONF and PRO. Accounting and the SIAN register, on the other hand, are the same.

What is Extravirgin MINI?
It is the free, reduced version of Extravirgin that you use from the browser, without installing anything. It runs entirely online and has the procedures of Extravirgin, the most widely used olive mill management software in Italy: weighings, millings, tanks, SIAN register, documents, e-invoicing and accounting from a computer, tablet or phone. It also includes the Portale dell'Olio, for selling bulk oil wholesale.
Who is Extravirgin MINI for?
Do I need to install a program or a server?
No. MINI opens in the browser of any up-to-date computer, tablet or phone, with a username and password. We release the updates and they are active straight away.
Can I submit the olive oil register to SIAN with MINI?
Yes. The olive oil register fills itself in automatically and is sent to SIAN with quick submission. In the software you find the outcomes of your submissions and SIANCheck, the SIAN data check that only Extravirgin has.
Is the Portale dell'Olio included in Extravirgin MINI?
Yes. With MINI, as with every version of Extravirgin, the Portale dell'Olio is included: our marketplace for buying and selling bulk oil wholesale. You list the lots you want to sell, and mills and traders from all over Italy contact you directly, with no commission.
How much does Extravirgin MINI cost?
What are MINI's limits?
Two kinds of limits. On data entry: each season up to 200 millings, 30 packaging runs and 150 documents, and support includes 10 remote sessions plus unlimited e-mail replies. On features: one site and one line, toll milling only with the T5, no bins, bookings, molenda, land registry data, olive quality, partial milling or milling several weighings together, weekly and monthly milling documents, wastewater management, item transformation or packaged stock management, which is in CONF and PRO. It does include oil in deposit (also for third parties), olive sales and quick packaging, also for third parties, with transfer to the shop. The full list is on the MINI page.
Is MINI's accounting complete?
Yes, it is the same as in Extravirgin: cash book, receipts and payments, transfers between accounts, monthly business statement, profit and loss and VAT registers for sales and purchases.
How do I get access to Extravirgin MINI?
You send your application with name, phone and e-mail. One of our sales advisors calls you to learn about your business and, if MINI is right for you, we activate your access: you receive a username and password and open it in the browser.
